How to design a coaching process in Balance4Coaches?
Your coaching dashboard
On your coaching dashboard, click this icon…
You will be taken to this page. (Your page won’t have any processes yet.)
On this page click this button
This window will open. Complete it and click ‘Save’
You will be taken to your ‘Processes’ page again
Now click on the name of your coaching process
This window opens up. This is your ‘Process Information’ tab
The next tab is your ‘Resource Suggestions’. Balance4coaches will suggest resources you might want to include in your coaching process. (You can load your own resources too. Just click the ‘Add a new resource’ button. When you have added your own resource, search for it on the next tab ‘Resource Search’ and then click ‘Add resource’)
To include a resource in your process, first click on the number of the session where you want to include the resource
Then click on the blue button right of the resource to add the resource in your coaching process
The next tab is your ‘Resource Search’ tab. In this tab you can type in search words to search for specific resources. (If you don’t find any good or relevant resources, load your own. Just click on the ‘Add a new resource’ button. When you have added your own resource, search for it and then click ‘Add resource’, the blue button right of the resource’s name)
This is your ‘Coaching Process’ tab. In this tab you can see your coaching process. This is my process to coach executives on temperament and personality. You will see the resources I have included in my coaching process. If you have made a mistake by including a wrong resource, simply click on ‘Remove resource’ and it will be removed from your coaching process. The resource will still be available in your resource database
